On December 4, 2020, the City Brain Company, which was founded only four years ago, successfully listed on
the New Third Board (National Equities Exchange and Quotations), becoming the first and only state-owned
enterprise in Qingdao West Coast New Area to be listed on the New Third Board. It was also the first
state-owned enterprise in Shandong Province to be listed on the New Third Board in the field of smart cities
and digital park industries. The City Brain Company will continue to focus on the field of smart parks,
aiming to contribute to China's high-quality economic development.

In January 2022, the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the
list of provincial-level "Three Excellence and Two Importance" big data projects for the year 2021. Qingdao
City Brain Investment Development Co., Ltd. and its "City Brain CIMOS City Intelligent Management Operating
System Software" were selected for the provincial-level "Key Big Data Enterprises List" and "Excellent Big
Data Products List," respectively. The "Smart City Evaluation Model and Basic Evaluation Indicator System"
co-authored by City Brain was formally released by the National Standardization Administration Committee.
The "Zero-Carbon Smart Park White Paper (2022)" organized by the Smart Park Special Group of the National
Standards Committee Smart City Standards Working Group was officially published, with the
participation of Qingdao City Brain Investment Development Co., Ltd.
In March 2022, City Brain Company officially received the "Information System Security Level Protection
Record Certificate" issued by the Ministry of Public Security for the CIMOS City Intelligent Management
Operating System. This marks that the core business system of City Brain Company meets the national security
level standards in all aspects.
